Shooting for a Cure for ALS~Because it Matters!”

History:

“Shooting for a Cure” was originated in 2018 by Marian Central Girls basketball program wanting to make a difference not only for one of their own players Vannessa Garrelts’ father, Steve Garrelts, who was diagnosed with ALS in April 2014 but for others in their community who also have been affected by this horrific disease.
Please help us support Team Gleason by making a contribution to our team and sharing this page with your family and friends. Every dollar we raise will advance Team Gleason's great cause! Learn more about Team Gleason at teamgleason.org

This year’s 3rd Annual ALS Awareness/Fundraising night is being hosted by the Crystal Lake Central Girls Basketball Program on Saturday, February 1, 2020 starting at 1:30pm at Crystal Lake Central High School vs Hampshire.
